• Initiation of its own charitable programs aimed at providing assistance for the disabled and physically challenged people, homeless and street children and other people in need of social help
• Facilitating assistance for the NGOs, including associations of patients

Scientific and practical

Study of the vital issues related to the social sphere including,

• Sociological studies
• Providing medical and social audit in the medium and big businesses in partnership with IBLF
• Organization of scientific and practical conferences, forums, round-table discussions
• Implementation of programs on the basis of scientific-research methods
• introducing IT into the social sphere

Expert

Participating in the meetings of different expert councils and commissions of the federal executive bodies and expert committees working on international projects. The Foundation employees are the members of the Expert Council of the Committee on Social Policy and Public Health of the Federation Council.

Publishing

Publishing of professional and popular publications including magazines, newspapers, tutorials on a wide range of issues related to the life quality, healthy life style for different people including disabled children and their parents, teachers, psychologists and social workers.
